Jon and his team at Fit Fresh are amazing. The food is healthy and delicious. It is very convenient how it is packaged and it's heated up. Jon also gives back generously to the community donating meals to teachers working late on conference nights! Highest recommend!

I have now finished 9 orders from this meal prep service and can confidently recommend them! All of the food has been delicious and high quality. I highly recommend any of the braised beef options when available - they are SO good. I love how the meals are vacuumed sealed and last a full week. Each meal comes labeled with the calories and macros. They offer paid delivery, but also deliver for free to a long list of gyms all over central Ohio (other locations too but I’m in Columbus), which I make use of. They keep some menu items weekly, but change up half their menu to offer a great variety to choose from. I’ve used a handful of competing meal prep services and Fit Fresh Fast now comes in first. The prices, variety, and taste are top tier!

I've had 12 meals from these folks and they've all been delicious. Packaged nicely (vacuum sealed), actually tastes fresh, no subscription required which means I can skip a week if needed, and I get to support a local business. very impressed so far.

Was offered a sample on two occasions. I believe first was a beef roast and second was tuscan chicken. Oh man were these both shockingly delicious! High quality, certainly made a believer out of me. Made my first order for the next week yesterday. I suspect many more orders to come.

Simply couldn't be happier. The people are awesome, and the meals are somehow even better. We found Fit Fresh after trying multiple meal delivery services and I can honestly say, we won't be leaving. The main meals change every week but they keep a great selection of repeating staple meals and snacks on the menu. Being able to order up to midnight on Sunday is SO convenient, and they offer several free pickup spots around Columbus. 10/10.

The food they prepare is delicious! I’ve tried several different meal delivery services, the food is lacking in taste at times. This company is great because they are local and they drop off at our gym. Supporting local is very important. Their dishes are balanced and they offer portion sizes for every person’s needs/macros.

As a personal trainer and gym owner, I’ve used a lot of meal prep services over the years — and none of them have lasted. This one has. Two years later and I’m still ordering consistently, which says everything. The quality is unreal. The food actually tastes fresh — not “microwaved meal prep fresh,” but real, flavorful, chef-made meals that you’d happily pay for at a restaurant. The proteins are cooked perfectly, the portions make sense, and nothing feels like it was thrown together just to hit macros. The packaging is simple and practical (which matters more than people realize). It stacks easily in the fridge, reheats well, and doesn’t explode or leak. Zero hassle. Grab, heat, eat. Done. It’s honestly a no-brainer. It saves me hours every week, keeps me consistent, and removes decision fatigue completely. Whether I’m slammed with work or just don’t feel like cooking, I know I’m covered — and I never feel like I’m sacrificing taste to stay on track. If you’re on the fence about meal prep, this is the one that sticks. Two years in and I’m not going anywhere.

By far my favorite meal prep/delivery service, and I have tried more than I care to admit. I love that it’s fresh, not frozen, with super consistent quality. They have options for everyone, too—different portion sizes, simple meals vs. more adventurous, and their protein cookies are a huge hit with my kids (and me!). I’ve met the owner at a couple events too, and he couldn’t be nicer. Can’t say enough great things!
